So I was browsing the internet while the kids were down napping and came across the website Zulily. Its awesome!! While looking on there I found the most amazing portraits that I HAVE to have for JAIDY, my little Ballerina..

A Mother-Daughter Project

So this started out as a MoMMy project, but Jaidy insisted to help. I let her do EvErYtHiNg!!!! She picked the paint color to the paper, and the accessories!! I think it turned out pretty good knowing that my 4 year old chose everything. I wouldn't take back any of these memories I get to share with her. She amazes me everyday and I can't believe I am so lucky to be able to be her MoM.

Christmas..I know its a little late

Well.. If came and went faster then I wanted. But, I'm excited that its over now. We had such an amazing Christmas. We were spoiled by family this year. The kids got everything they had asked for from Santa. Jaidy couldn't have been happier with the stuff she received. Christmas was busy...

A week or so before Christmas my Mom and Jim have a party, and SANTA comes to visit. It's getting so much fun to see the faces of all the kids now that they understand who he is. We usually all gather around the piano and sing Jingle Bells and Santa comes through the front door and surprises the kids. This year, Jaidy's face was priceless..

All the GIRLS!!

Christmas Eve if filled with a lot of visiting, but for some reason this year I wasn't in the mood. I was bummed because Taylor worked all night on Christmas Eve and wasn't supposed to get home until after 1:oo Am. So I decided to meet my Mom and Jim at Tepanyaki, its a tradition every year. This year, it was a small crowd but still worth it!! The kids had so much and we were treated with a very nice meal!!

Oh man.. was it fun this year to watch the kids open presents. Jaidy was so excited about everything she opened. Jens, not so much. He just didn't care that much. Which is understandable of course. He is only 1. I can't wait for next year and the years to come. Christmas is so much fun with your own little family..

My Jaidy Bug..

I just wanted to post a special post for Jaidy. She is getting so big so fast and I can't believe that she is almost 4. Everyday I swear she challenges me everyday and yet is still my best friend. Jaidyn loves to play dress up, play princess, play pretend, hide and seek, crafts with Mom, she helps me sew a lot of stuff. Soon, she will be better at me then sewing a straight line, not that it takes much effort because I'm such a moron at that!! Jaidy makes me laugh everyday. She is becoming such a strong independent child right before my eyes. It's crazy that almost 4 years ago I had her. I love her so much! I just wanted to show you a little bit of my life with Jaidyn. She is like this most of the time and is such a goof, she totally takes after her father!!

Friends!!!

I had a wonderful night with some awesome girls. Were all friends from Jr High and High school and I can't tell you how much I have missed these girls. Ash, Meg, T, Chel, Alli, Nat and Liz, it was a needed night out and you guys made it the best. Love ya all!!!

SORT OF AN UPDATE...

Well, the Moncur's have been really out of the blogging world lately. I haven't even felt like I have had time to blog. But, we will be updating the blog soon. As soon as I am done making all my christmas present..(yes I am making everything this year) I will update!! STay Tuned!!

Jaidy had her Halloween Program!!

A little of this past week or so!

So this past week and a half we have done quite a lot. Taylor carved a pumpkin with the kids, he went to his brothers bball game. We went to the Gateway Mall because Jaidy wanted to play in the water. I finally made some ties for Jensen. It was so easy and I am so excited I finally buckled down and followed a pattern. I will never be afraid of following a pattern again!! Here are some pictures of the week.
